With Fastway couriers gone into receivership last week, we, like thousands of other small companies are stuck between a rock and a hard place.

We expected to just sign with a different courier and to be able to ship within a day or two but that turns out not to be possible.

We are being told by the other companies that they are not taking on new customers this side of Christmas, as they are going to be stretched to manage their own workloads for this busy time.

We are still trying, and also hoping the government will step in an incentivise the other companies to take drivers and customers from Fastway before this becomes a huge disaster.

In the meantime, our warehouse is filling up every day with packages we can’t ship, so we are taking the step of putting a van on the road ourselves, dividing the country into 5 and we are going to do our best to get a delivery to every location once a week.

To make this as efficient as possible there are a few things you can do to help.

1/            Bulk order enough to cover you until the middle of January if possible, in one order.

2/            If you live in a remote location or a distance from a village / town, please try think of a central location where you might have family or friends, or a location we can deliver easier to.

We will do our best to get deliveries done as efficiently as possible and hopefully with a little luck we will get a new courier signed very soon.
